Cort L450C-Ns Acoustic Grand Concert Guitar, Mahogany in perfect condition. Solid Mahogany top and back. Sounds similar to Martin 000-15 - not quiet as rich, but great volume and very made. I have the guitar set up very low action so it plays very easily with no buzz. Straight neck, good intonation. No mars or scratches on the guitar. I have owned the guitar for several years. It's always been in a case or gig bag. I just don't play it any more. Retail/street cost is about $425.
