I've had this guitar for several years. It's a work of art. I wish I could hold onto it but waddya gonna do - I gotta sell it. It's in great condition except for one small ding near the bottom strap button. There’s a picture of the ding included with the other photos.

The aptly named PRS Paul's Guitar is essentially a production version of Paul's personal guitar that he has been playing for years. Paul chose and specified every aspect of this guitar from its tonewood selections, "brushstroke" birds inlays, pickups, Pattern neck shape, the tremolo, and the new finish.

To give the PRS Paul's Guitar a rich yet balanced sound, PRS began by choosing the tried-and-true combination of mahogany topped with a select figured maple top. The mahogany body gives you natural tonal warmth, which is offset perfectly by the brighter tone of its maple top. Together, these tonewoods give you an incredibly balanced sound.

In fact, he discovered that by tightening up the pickup field on a 408 Bass pickup, he was actually able to create an even better-sounding treble pickup. The PRS Paul's Guitar electric guitar features a pair of these amazing 408 pickups. But it doesn't stop there, these amazing pickups also have dedicated mini switches, so you can shift to the timeless single-coil sound instantaneously.
