Up for grabs is a rare 1936 Kay Suprema Electric Tenor guitar.
It has been professionally set up and converted left handed with a bone nut. Replaced the old tuners for more reliable ones (the originals and the old nut will come with it as well). Installed a K&K style internal transducer pickup.
This thing is ment for the gigging musician.
( for the rightys, it could be easily converted back to righthanded)
The action is perfect with no fret buzz.
This guitar sounds punchy & loud. It has that sweet vintage tone to it. Not to mention it just oozes Mojo.
You can tell from the back neck wear that someone spent a lot of hours playing her. It's been well taken care of though. The frets are original and still have a lot of life left in them.
Comes with a pretty cool non original hardshell case. ( not the flimsy paper cases typical of the time)
I hope I look this good when I'm 82 years old!
