Neve 5315 four group two output four aux 24 channel console 1976-1977

Up for sale is probably the cleanest example of a 53 series desk with the 35115 ALL DISCRETE (more desirable) channel amplifiers.  This desk is very easy to understand.  24 channels / 4 aux / 4 group / 2 output bus.  

This console was originally restored by Nat Priest in 2014 including a full recap done with 105 degree Vishay high quality caps.  The console has been in my possession for the last two or so years but plans to open up a second room have slipped away from possibility and we are looking to unload the console. 

Currently, the console is in Kitchner-Waterloo, Ontario with our Neve Tech, James Rowell. He overhauled our A room console, a Neve 8014 and we couldn't be happier with the results.  If you would like to see his work you may visit our console at THUMP recording in Greenpoint, Brooklyn or I can arrange a conversation between him and any perspective buyers re the 53.  I've had James go through this entire desk to include a full test report of the console's condition. Also, the console will come with brand new patch bays and mogami wiring on 15 foot tails so you do not have to fuss with the plessi connectors on the rear of the console.
