From the 1980's this is a Tama King Beat Pedal! This was heavy duty back in the day! Shows signs of age with scratches, rust, and pitting. The hinge is loose causing significant side to side play in the foot board. Foot board also seems to be slightly concaved which may be factory. This has a large tension adjusts handle/knob which works great. Hoop clamp assembly is also 100% functioning! Beater shows wear, but does have some felt left! See the pictures for more details!
