This bass is a great little gem produced by Ovation in the 80's. While the bodies and necks were produced in Korea, the basses were assembled in the US alongside other, much more expensive instruments.
The pickup is a DiMarzio Model P with a series / parallel switch for extra versatility. But best of all is the Kahler tremolo bridge. How many basses do you see with a trem? This is one of the few, and they are getting harder to track down.
