This one has never been sold to the public or played. It's a Mint Condition, Manufacturer Refurbished instrument. It was sent to the Authorized Refurbishing center for a minor cosmetic issue (a small finish blemish that was expertly touched up). It is like new !!!

The licensing between Cort & Gene Simmons of KISS has now lapsed and these guitars are no longer in production. Gene Simmons personally purchased the last existing stock from Cort & is offering them at greatly inflated prices.

Cort Guitars GENE SIMMONS AXE Guitar. The GS GUITAR AXE-2 was the last addition to the series of signature instruments from GENE SIMMONS and Cort Guitars. The guitar was officially be unveiled at the 2012 National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) trade show in Anaheim, California. Fans and players alike have been buying up these and the two bass models making them ultra rare.
