Mahogany body
Maple top
Mahogany neck with maple stringets
Ebony fretboard
Schaller Floyd Rose
WCR Darkburst neck pickup
BKP Blackhawk bridge pickup
CTS 500k pots
Bumblebee caps
Switchcraft jack and switch
This guitar is a total workhorse monster. The build quality is absolute top notch to begin with, but all of the electronics were swapped out for top shelf stuff, and it now sounds better than virtually any guitar I can think of. It has the tonal spirit of a Les Paul, but with more harmonics, and no mud. Playability-wise, you can set the action lower than any other guitar is capable of if you want. The Schaller Trem is the best floyd type available, and the guitar stays in tune basically no matter what you do with it.
The color is hard to photograph, and looks gold-ish in these pictures, but it's more of a flat silver color. Gorgeous in person.
Conditionwise: there's the slightest bit of oxidation built up on the trem screws (totally cleanable), there are a couple of very slight impressions on the back of the neck (sort of like a short hairline, just an impression - very small), possibly the faintest of polishing/surface scratches and such, and along the control cavity there's the strangest thing: a small bit of the wood is showing on the edge, but its under the clearcoat and there is no sign of it ever having been tampered with. I think it came from the factory like this, and the previous owner must have colored over it with a black sharpy or something because it wasn't until the whole guitar was cleaned that this was even revealed. You would easily miss it most times. Anyway, this is also a rather insignificant imperfection, and not immediately noticeable. Just wanted to point it out here. Also, one of the inlays is missing, but that’s an easy fix, as it’s just a regular dot that any luthier could fit.
