2004 House of JB John Bolin "Supro" Branded Electric Guitar Bibsby w. Case

John Bolin established himself as a builder of note when he took it upon himself to make an instrument for ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons. Since then he has a large catalog of satisfied high brow customers including  Jimmy Page, Steve Miller, Dusty Hill, Lou Reed, Doc Watson, Albert King, Bo Diddley, Joe Perry, and Keith Richards & Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones.

This model is is a black chambered guitar with a Bigsby tremolo. Each humbucking pickup has an individual volume and tone control and the large knob is a pickup selector. Block inlay on a rosewood fingerboard. It has a bigsby tremolo system, 25 inch scale, and 1 11/16ths nut width.

Cosmetically the guitar is in good shape, there are some marks in the ebony finish but no noteworthy dings, dents or gouges. Frets are meaty and have plenty of life. The instrument is all original.

The bridge is a hipshot bridge and the tuners appear to be so as well but have no branding on them so I cannot say for sure. It comes in a hardshell case. I am assuming from online research that this is a 2004 from the serial number, which is DT-004.
