This gold guard came of my original 1959 jazzmaster... As you can see it's a real vintage guard... Luthier Paul Rhoney patched up the holes in the guard with anodized gold aluminum... The "E" in the back of the guard was for "Esper" one of the fender employees from back in the day.... Shown here on my 59 jazzmaster obviously not included
