If you're a Marty or Clarence fan you'll absolutely love it. If you are unfamiliar with Keith D-tuners you may want to get familiar. This is a Marty Stuart/ Clarence White Telecaster, Fender Road Worn body, Axetreme Creations neck, The neck is very fat and comfortable, Forrest Parsons White long throw b-bender, Glendale bridge plate, Bill Keith banjo d-tuners, Owen Duff pickups, tadeo in neck and white guard bridge, extra thick body, and plate around bender mechanism to replicate the look of Clarence White's. Stickers were also by Axtreme, the Satellite logo is the correct one from the glove box. There are two stops on them, high and low. Loosen both set screws and tune to E, then set the top stop, then d-tune it to D and set the bottom stop and you're set. The bender is fairly obvious, but there's a stop to set on top of the guitar, I think it sets to C#. This was created by a Clarence White super-fan who really did his homework and it shows. Though it's a recreation, it plays well and really nails the look of the original.
This has lived at the Loft for years. Jeff has a few other benders so he is willing to let this one go in hopes it finds a good home with someone that will love the craziness of this instrument.
This will ship in a gig bag and be packed very well and shipped very safely. It will come with a certificate of authenticity signed by Jeff Tweedy stating that yes this was his.
