This is one sleek bass.  Its almost embarrassing how nice this thing is for the price, it is absolutely comparable to my mexi JB in every way, except that this one looks better.  The material used, the build quality, the playability, and most importantly THE SOUND is absolutely phenomenal on this guy. 

Little to no wear to speak of, this bass in in like-new shape.  It just got new strings about a month ago along with a full setup.  Intonation is spot on, and the action is nice and low with no buzz.  Frets are in fantastic shape, and it plays so easily.

The body and finish are flawless and gorgeous from top to bottom!  The burst comes through magically, and combined with the satin black pick guard and bright maple fingerboard, it really stands out.

Having both precision and jazz pickups gives this bass a shocking amount of tonal control.  It seems to have more range than my mexi does, and that's no lie.  The P pups are warm and deep and have a great thump, meanwhile the J pup has that great modern punch to them.  Blend them together, and they get pretty thunderous!  

Overall, this bass is something else.  It is perfect as an upgrade over any vintage modified you are playing (or many mexi's out there as well), and would be absolutely perfect for newer and moderate players.  My main player is a USA Cirrus and a german Warwick Vette, and while this guy is not in their league it is no chump either!
