You'll get clear, resonant notes everywhere on the fretboard — without excessive down-pressure — thanks to the built-in micrometer adjustment mechanism. That means less retuning during and after capo use — something Sweetwater banjo players love! The soft rubber pad won't mar fine instrument finishes, and since the NS Banjo/Mandolin Capo is made from lightweight, strong aluminum, it's tour tough but light enough to hardly know it's there.

We are aware that guitars are an individual choice, and we strive to provide the best products, at the best price. We also offer customers a chance to approve their purchases, therefore we are pleased to offer the following return policy:

Garrett Park Guitars, Inc. offers customers the opportunity to approve any item which is purchased. This allows 48 hours upon receipt of an item to inspect and decide on your purchase. If a customer would like to return an item that has been received via shipping, written notification must be given within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Garrett Park Guitars, Inc will then issue a return authorization.

Items should be carefully packed to ensure against breakage and should be returned in the same condition as shipped. New items must be returned in new condition. (Please give special attention to warranties being unsigned. All original paperwork must be included. All plastic must still remain untouched on the pickguard of new instruments. All parts must be included.)

Upon notification of intent to return, the return item(s) must be in-transit to Garrett Park Guitars within 7 days of receipt of said notification and refund approval. All returned items must be shipped to Garrett Park Guitars, Inc 7 Old Solomons Island Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401. Any returned items not in-transit within 72 hours of refund approval may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping costs and any associated fees to and from Garrett Park Guitars are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be deducted from the return refund amount. All return shipping to Garrett Park Guitars, Inc must be insured for the full purchase price. Any insurance claims that occur from damage in shipment to a customer are shared responsibility of Garrett Park Guitars, Inc and the customer. Therefore, we insist on immediate notification of any damage that may have occurred in shipping from Garrett Park Guitars. Buyer assumes responsibility on all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Customers that use the $0.99 shipping option will have their items shipped via an economy shipping provider without tracking and should allow up to 10 business days for their item to arrive. For items that have not arrived after 10 business days, please message us. We also offer express shipment.
