T & T Customs Telecaster 2018 "Purple Haze"

Introducing T & T Customs "Purple Haze", made in Bakersfield California. This is the third of my custom builds to be offered for public purchase.

The music heritage of this great city is indisputable, and for all practical purposes Bakersfield put the "Telecaster" on the map.

This is my attempt to pay homage to those greats who came before me.

Why buy a boring, stiff Tele when you can have one like no other?

I'm breaking into the over saturated boutique market I know, but my only competition is myself. I don't build a ton of guitars, only a few, and I do it one at a time giving each one its own distinct personality, and top notch sound and playability.

Body:
 Vintage Telecaster specs.
Spalted Maple/Ash top, Pine bottom.
Custom hand aged.
Hand finished purple stain, Nitrocellulose lacquer.

Neck:
One piece premium USACG quartersawn highly flamed maple.
25.5 in scale. 
Bone nut flat bottom slot 1.65".
C shape 7.25-9.5 compound radius
21 (6105) frets.
Black MOP markers side/face
Rolled edges.
Heel adjust.
Kluson deluxe vintage tuners, .
Hand finished with four coats of Tru Oil.

Pickups:
Fender Custom shop "Texas Specials."

Controls:
Master volume- Emerson 250k hand wired noiseless precision pot.
Master tone- Emerson 250k hand wired noiseless precision pot.
Original vintage paper in oil can capacitor, metered and matched for even taper
Control plate and knobs-chrome.

Pickup Switching:
Switchcraft 3 position patented switching.
1 bridge, 2 bridge/neck, 3 neck.

Bridge:
Vintage- Texas Customs 6 brass saddle nickel finish.

Pickguard:
None-neck pickup ring chrome.

Strap pins:
Grover quick release.

Weight:
7.4 lbs.
