unfinished maple fingerboard on maple neck
This was a custom order from USA Custom Guitars. This neck is fast. It has a neck profile is a C shape.
This neck adds a bright poppy snap to a jazz bass snarl and adds a singing sustain to notes above the 12th 'fret.'
I only used Fender 9120 nylon taped strings; no round wound denting in the fingerboard. (See pics.)
Other than the dirty spots from being played this neck is in great shape.
Truss rod works smoothly, as it should.
