The man who actually wrote the book on Blackguards, Nacho Banos of Spain, also makes some of the finest Blackguard Tele replicas available. These are a set of pickups from one of his builds.

Nacho uses different highly respected boutique winders for his pickups (including Ron Ellis, Budz, and JM Rolph) and has them wound to his spec. However, he doesn't like to share too much other info.

So, there is no way of knowing exactly who wound this set!  I do not know specifically who wound these--and therefore they are priced accordingly.

Regardless, you're getting an excellent set of boutique Tele pickups from a premier winder.

I purchased the set from the guitar's current owner. They came out of Nachocaster 'Georgia' which was made in either 2015 or 2016. (Picture of 'Georgia' above is from the guitar's listing when it was resold on PrimeGuitars.com.)

Neck pickup reads: 6.55k ohms (reading taken at pickup's eyelets)
Bridge pickup reads: 7.85k ohms (reading taken at pickup's eyelets)

Nacho does all of the cosmetic aging himself, and if you've seen his work, he's a master at recreating the Blackguard look.
