Natal Percussion Co was established in 1965 in London. In 2010 Natal was acquired by Marshall Amplification. Although Jim Marshall’s name is synonymous with Guitar Amplification - what you may not know is that Mr. Marshall was a passionate drummer as well. For the past few years Natal's design team has produced a stunning range of drums made at the Marshall Factory in Milton Keynes, England.
Natal Snare Drums
Natal Snare Drums are designed with the philosophy that you should not have to compromise quality regardless of which drum you choose. The fittings used on Natal snares are the same no matter where they sit in their range; the price differences are set by the build materials: different woods, different metals, and different finishes.
Natal Bronze Snare Drums
Bronze is a loud, dry and very dark sounding drum, similar to Brass, although with a more controlled sound. It has similar characteristics as wood.
This is a truly adaptable drum which could be used in any setup. Each Phosphor Bronze snare drum is fitted with ‘Sun’ logo Double Snare Lugs, the Tri-Throw throw-off, Tru-Tune tension rods, 2.3mm Chrome hoops and Natal snare wire & ribbons.
