Great Headphone DA converter. Good for an outboard system for a minimalistic headphone setup and for monitoring. This whole system would work essentially as a sound-card with the Fanmusic Digital audio converter. This uses USB class compliant drivers and is compatible with almost any computer system. Very powerful small amplifier for it's size and probably one of the cleanest I've ever heard. Comes with power and USB cable. You'll need a RCA cable to run the digital signal with both units. The mini Dac can also use optical.
