Hello Fellow Musicians,
Here we have a wonderful Japanese manufactured guitar from my collection. This guitar was made in the FujiGen Gakki plant in Japan. These Japanese made guitars are now very rare to find in any playable condition. Of course, you know the quality of Japanese made guitars. FukiGen Gakki manufactured many guitars for Fender Japan.
This guitar has a beautiful tobacco sunburst finish with really nice wood grain. The grain is highly visible on the front and back of the guitar. The body condition is quite good for a guitar nearly 38 years old. It is important to mention that the wood forms a large part of the great sound. The wood is has aged to give this guitar a really sweet sound. It's not the brittle sound of new guitars with relatively new wood. There are some nicks, chips, and blemishes on front and back, but that's to be expected on a guitar of this age.
This guitar is very clean, and it has been taken care of. All electronics are working properly. The frets have plenty of life left, and there are no sharp fret edges. Typically accurate Japanese guitar fret work.
These Greco guitars in really nice condition are getting harder and harder to find and becoming more collectible. The overall quality of workmanship and components is really good. The playability and sound is really great on these Japanese guitars.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at any time. I will answer promptly.
Thank you very much for checking out this listing.
I will provide a soft guitar case for this instrument.
