I acquired a number of cases of these old Ampeg enclosures from the 1980's, and Ampeg's St Louis Music days.  Came from the garage of a former SLM tech.  I had custom bottom plates made, and I build custom pedals into them.  This is a clone of the original Ampeg Scrambler circuit from the early 70's.  Not many were sold back then, so they go for quite a bit now, if you can find them.  I sourced NOS Darlington transistors to create the vintage sound.  I also added a volume control (the original versions did not have one).

This is a fuzz pedal with added octave.  The Level controls overall output.  The Octave control effects the character of the octave in relation to the fuzz effect (it is an up octave).  Goes from a mild octave output to some seriously intense and crazy sounds when pushed.  The Blend mixes the dry output with the effect, so you can drop it more into the background if you wish, or push it up front.  All hand wired, and totally unique.  The enclosure is impressive and is quite heavy.  You could literally drive over this and not do any damage (though I will not guarantee it for that...).  Takes standard 9v, neg center power, uses Alpha pots and Switchcraft jacks, has true bypass wiring and a water-clear red LED.

If you are interested in international shipping, message me for a quote.  Remember, this is heavy.
