Martin 00-21 New Yorker 1962 Natural

Martin 1962 00-21NY.
Brazilian rosewood back and sides.
Plays exceptionally well with very low action and no fret buzz.
There are two top cleated cracks and one small side cleated crack that was performed many years ago.  Both are stable and not problematic.
There has been a pick guard added which would be easily removable but I have found it useful to leave it in place.
The instrument includes a vintage DeArmond pickup with an adjustable volume control wired to a Tapastring Brazilian rosewood mini plug.  
The plug has two additional unused tiny wires that can be used for a battery or an additional pickup or microphone.  This was performed so as to not remove any additional material at the endpin by using a small tapered brass plug where the endpin is normally is seated.
The original endpin will be included with the sale.
The guitar will be shipped in a size and age appropriate soft brown case.
It is currently set up with a new set of D'Addario medium phosphor bronze strings.
