Violin is labeled "Virzi Tone Producer 1924". It still has the "Virzi" which is a wooden plate inside attached to the bass bar. I think the sound is no different from a normal violin, but they were also used in Gibson mandolins around the same year. This instrument is in good playing condition with some repairs already made and setup with good strings. case, bow & rosin included. I have pictured the repaired crack in the top and end pin area. The tuning pegs are worn in, but still function normally. Also the varnish has aged in a unique way. Overall a nice instrument with some history and ready to play! Thanks for looking!
