I’m not quite sure the root for this bass, I’ll assume it’s assembled although it looks similar to a Kramer product in some regards.

Whatever it is, it’s a great playing and sounding instrument. The neck is absolutely outstanding feeling and very cool looking. The headstock has been altered to its current shape. Frets are good to go. Strings are ready as is.

It’s crowned by some vintage Gover Titans with Wavy keys which may be the smoothest feeling tuners I have ever turned.

To beef up the low end, a stingray style Seymour Duncan Basslines pickup has been installed (albeit slightly crooked you can correct it pretty easily if you want), full sized pots and a very solid switch have also been installed.

Tone sits on a high mass roller type bridge.

Action is good as it is, but if you prefer it lower you will likely have to add a small shim under the heel of the neck (a slice of business card would get you pretty far). Neck is nearly flat with available rod in the truss rod to provide relief if you desire.
