1980s Ampeg SVT-200T Solid-State Head & SVT810E 8x10 Cab

Awesome Ampeg SVT-200T Head & SVT810E Cab.  This Solid State head with 8x10 cab has been on may back-lines throughout rock history!  Great shape overall. Head has aluminum carrying case.  The cab shows a little wear at the bottom from several gigs.

Made in the late 80s the SVT-200T heads offers:serial FX loop, 6 band EQ (with push-pull frequency switching), Bi-Amp function and DI out. Front panel is very clean and uncluttered, and easy to use.

This amp was (I believe) only made for a short period of time before morphing into the SVT350.

Power output is 200W @ 8 Ohm, 350W @ 4 Ohm. This seems conservative, as this unit is very loud through two Ashdown 4x10 cabs! Lots of clean, clear and warm volume and loads of tone-shaping capabilities. It was serviced last week - no major repairs, but a few dry joints re-soldered, input jack adjusted and tightened, and all pots cleaned and ready to go!
