Up for sale is one of the very first stand alone effects units.  DeArmond made these in the 40s and this was part of Bo Diddley's signature sound.  Billy Gibbons is also a big fan of these.  Most of the ones that show up for sale need to be restored a bit, but this one is all ready to go and is in great shape!  The unit itself gets a bit noisy after about ten minutes but that does not have any affect on the sound coming out of the amp.  If you've never heard one of these then you are in for a treat.  It's a very different sound than most tremolo units.  Very under water sounding.  The "increase" knob also has an effect on the volume and using that alone can make for some great distortion.  Feel free to ask questions or for more photos.  Thanks for looking!
