Hello. I bought these locally from a gentleman that purchased them from The Music Room out of Colorado. TMR sent the woofers in to have them professionally re-foamed. They look great. Like new. I saw this video on TMRs social media page where they talk about this and other attention these speakers received like cleaning the hardware and paying some attention to the finish. They were “A Staff Favorite”!

See video here:

They are in overall excellent condition. The left speaker has a light scratch on the top. Other than that, they are very clean. The grills are also in excellent condition. A set of spikes and wheels (casters) are also included.

If you read Stereophile’s review on these, you will learn what a special and magical pair of speakers these truly are. In my space, I am getting the most goosebump inducing midrange I’ve ever got from vocals. Imaging is ghostly with instruments coming out of the darkness with resolution and realism that surpasses any other speakers I’ve owned in the past. The highs are insanely good with detail and effortlessness.

Once you hear them, I’m confident you will fall in love. Bring your favorite CD, SACD, record, or we can stream from Qobuz. Bring your amplifier or any other equipment you would like to try with them.

These speakers are rated down to 20Hz.They are 8 Ohms and 88dB sensitivity, which is average however; I’ve had very good luck with a 50 watt per channel vacuum tube amplifier running them very well.

Please reach out if you have any questions. I’m in Allen Park, MI 48101 just 10 minutes south of Detroit.
