Purchased new in 2025, and kept in a humidified case much of the time since. Virtually mint...no scratches or corrosion on the instrument anywhere. It is a fine banjo with a wonderful clear tone and it deserves to be played. I am focusing on the guitar now and I dont have time to balance two instruments. If you're a clawhammer player who likes a mellow, warm sound, this one is for you. Hardshell case included.
