This is a Winslow Ligature, likely from the mid-1990's to 2000's with code D2N.
I believe the code indicates the following:
- D: Stands for "Dark" tone (he also made "Bright" and "Medium" tone configurations using different metal band dimensions).
- 2: Indicates the size band designed to fit standard ebonite/hard rubber soprano clarinet mouthpieces.
- N: Represents nickel-plated hardware.
The cap is fairly scratched and a little chipped but the ligature itself is in fine shape apart from some scruffs.
In addition to the 4 pins and cushions on the ligature, it comes with the set of 1 pin, 13 cushions, 8 locking washers, and a rectangular piece of plastic (which can be used to push up the pins to more easily put on or take off the washers) as photographed.
