DIGITAL LICENSE - NO PHYSICAL BOX, NOTHING SHIPS. The license is transferred to you through Avid’s official Transfer of Ownership process, as Avid allows transfer of perpetual (non EDU) licenses.

I’m selling my Avid Pro Tools Studio perpetual license, purchased new in 2026. Pro Tools just isn’t the right fit for my skill level and system specs, and I’d rather it go to someone who’ll use it to make awesome tracks.

What you get:

• Pro Tools Studio perpetual license: yours to keep forever
• Updates & Support plan active until September 24, 2027. The plan transfers with the license, so you get every Pro Tools update until then.
• All licenses included with the plan transfer to you (per Avid’s policy), including Melodyne 5 essential and the Complete Plugin Bundle
• Fully eligible for transfer, not an EDU license

How the transfer works:

• You purchase through Reverb.
• I send you Avid’s Transfer of Ownership form with my section signed.
• You fill in and sign your section. You’ll need a free Avid account and iLok account, plus your name and address for the form.
• I deactivate all licenses from my system so they’re ready to move to your account.
• I submit the form to Avid. Avid says transfers take up to 5 business days and they email a confirmation to both of us when it’s done.
• I’ll forward you every email from Avid and send screenshots of my submission, so you’re kept in the loop the whole way.

No transfer fee: the active Upgrade Plan covers Avid’s transfer.

Buying with confidence: payment goes through Reverb, so you’re covered by Reverb Protection, and the transfer is processed by Avid, who emails you a confirmation directly once the license is in your account.

Sold as-described: since this is a digital license, all sales are final once the transfer form is signed and submitted. Feel free to message me with any questions before buying, I'm happy to answer and want to give this program a good home.
