For items that you cannot touch and feel prior to purchase, Metro Sound & Music offers a 7 day return policy. A 15% restocking charge will apply for returns on Reverb online purchases.
Our online return policy does not apply to any in store pickups or purchases because you will be able to physically inspect the item and try it before leaving the store. Any in store pickups or purchases as such will apply to our 7-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee by Exchange or Store Credit.
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase either by in-store pickup or by the ship date you received it. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee on Reverb Purchases. The actual freight charge for both ways (Freight charges, if applicable, originally paid by Metro Sound & Music, aka "Free Freight") will be deducted from your refund on top of the restocking fee. Returns must include all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards. Customer must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse, additional charges may apply. Returns after 10 days will NOT be accepted. No returns on special orders/non-stocks, discontinued or clearance items, software, books, CD's, clothing, opened or used strings, internal earphones, microphones, harmonicas, drum heads, or sticks, turntable cartridges, bulbs, or tapes. Metro Sound does not give cash refunds if you paid by Visa or Mastercard you will be refunded by a credit to your card (processed within 7 business days). Other Authorized returns will be at your choice, credited on Account, Exchanged, or Metro Sound & Music check (processed within 7 business days).
New Items - Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving item.
Untouched, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs, unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or item is not as described. The seller reserves the right to refuse any return if item is not in new, untouched, or unopened condition.
Used Items
Returns accepted within 3 days of receiving item.
Vintage & used items may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs, unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or the item is not as described. Email us or call us at 1.800.587-0033 or (804)643-7125 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once you have your RA# (Return Authorization), write it in the space provided on the label. Returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
