Fender Custom Shop 60's Stratocaster 2012 Shoreline Gold

Beautiful finish and a great player.  The Custom Shop was doing special stuff in 2012 in my opinion and this strat has all the perfect specs.  

The neck is nice and chunky for a rosewood board strat and the pickups are some of my favorites from Fender's Custom Shop, clocking in at 5.88 neck, 5.91 middle, 6.02 bridge using a short cable.   I do not believe that these pickups can be purchased from Fender without buying one of the strats that they come in.

This strat is in close to new condition, very very nice. Includes the full compliment of case candy at my asking price although I'm willing to discount a little bit if you give up the strap and extra paperwork (buy it only with hang tag, trem arm, and ashtray for a little cheaper).

I enjoy this strat a lot but I have four top of the line strats right now and need to sell some. It is the absolute truth when I say I could live happily ever after with ANY of the four. This one is my minty'est one though - the closest to brand new that I have.

7.42 lbs beautiful weight and balance.

Neck is .875 at first fret. .950 at twelfth fret.  A "large C" per the build sheet.   Feels great.

One of the case latches can be tricky - it must have taken a hard knock somewhere along the way.  I always manage to wiggle it open or closed though, and cosmetically the case is beautiful.
