1959 Blue Sparkle 6.5x14 Super Classic snare. Late-1950s Ludwig transition badge.
Internal stamp appears to be "AUG 10 1959" (or 1958?), see photo. Also what looks like a handwritten "B" on the inside (see photo).
Muffler has been replaced (see photo). I believe the snare wires were also replaced along the way.
Wrap in very good condition with strong color and little fading. Inside of drum looks fantastic.
Comes with soft case that came with it when I purchased it in 1980. Since then much of the time it's been idle at my residence. I will pay for shipping box and packing materials.
