Up for sale is PRE-OWNED SENNHEISER vintage MODEL MKH 406 T, small-diaphragm RF condenser microphone with a cardioid pickup pattern.  The MKH 406 T is best known for delivering Smooth Highs. Unlike many small-diaphragm condensers, this Mic is not overly bright. It handles high frequencies smoothly without harsh distortion.

No Interference Tube: It offers a tighter, closer capsule sound compared to the famous Sennheiser MKH 416 Shotgun Microphone, making it great for indoor dialogue and instrument recording.

NOTE: The Microphone requires a unique Power Supply known as T-Power. The "T" in the model name means it requires 12V T-power (also called Tonader or AB powering).

Warning: Do not plug this microphone directly into standard 48V phantom power. Doing so can damage internal electronics. You will need a vintage T-power supply or a special T-Power Converter to use it with modern recording gear.
