The Colourupter is a great module for pushing sounds into compressed, distorted, and upfront versions of their formerly tamer selves. It sounds great on just about any drum source and plays well with stringed instruments and synthesizers. If you're looking to make sounds take up more space, this is a good bet. Sold as a pair for your stereo convenience.
I assembled these modules myself and they are verified to be functional. You may want to calibrate them yourself to your liking but it is a simple process that only requires an audio interface and free audio software. DIYRE has an easy to follow guide on their website, you'll be done with the whole process in 15 minutes tops.
What you get:
- Two (2) XQP Colourupter Optical Disrupter modules
