This is a good shape ovation without any cracks in the face of the guitar which is pretty typical for them. The action is decent, the electronics work, but the screw in battery box was missing so we put a Velcro battery bag on the inside that you can see. So if you replace the strings then replace the battery. It does not have the stacked knob, it's still functions but we did not have any of those knobs laying around for it
It stays in tune very well. frets are great. The back of the headstock shows a finish crack but it is only in the finish, the wood does not move at all. So there was no break in the guitar.
The finish on the body looks like someone splashed something on it and there's these little white dots that we didn't spend too much time buffing and polishing, but it is not through the wood or deep in the finish, the finish is still there
