Fox Renard Model 41 Bassoon – Includes 2 Bocals & Fox Case

For sale is a Fox Renard Model 41 bassoon in good pre-owned condition.

Instrument has been recently played and is in good repair with no pad or key issues.

The Renard 41 is Fox’s well-known American-made student/school bassoon, featuring a durable black polypropylene body and German-system keywork. It is especially popular with school programs because it provides Fox-quality keywork and acoustical design in a body that is much less susceptible to temperature and humidity changes than a traditional wood bassoon.

This instrument shows normal cosmetic signs of previous use, including light surface marks/scuffs consistent with a school or previously played instrument. Please examine the detailed photos for exact cosmetic condition. The keywork appears clean and complete from visual inspection.

Included:
Fox Renard Model 41 bassoon
Two bocals
Hand rest/crutch
Fox fitted carrying case
Accessories shown in photographs

The case is in good usable condition and provides individual storage for the instrument sections and bocals.

This is a quality USA-made Fox instrument and would be an excellent choice for a student, school band program, advancing bassoonist, or as a durable secondary/outdoor instrument.
