Here's a chance to get a fantastic German-designed Maple drumset with a few stick marks from being on a store display.  They came into the shop new a couple of years ago and are ready to join your band this week!  Included are 7"x8", 8"x10", and 9"x12" mounted toms, and 14"x16" floor toms, 18"x22" bass, 6.5"x14" snare, and a 6.5"x13" snare.  Also in this listing is a set of Series 8 hardware including: Hi Hat Stand, ONE Snare Stand, Double Pedal, Double Tom Stand w/Cymbal Arm, Boom Cymbal Stand with Tom Arm, and Straight Cymbal Stand.  Every original memory lock, cymbal felt, backing screw and glimmer of pure drumming MOJO is present, however, some student spilled his Pepsi in the area where the hardware and shells were and splashed some refreshing goodness on the basses of some of the stands and some of the shells--95% cleaned off, but you might find a smidge of sweet goodness here-n-there. 

If you haven't come across these yet, check them out!  They feature German engineering with Asian labor.  There's a cool style about the black chrome hardware on the shells--the tom mounting brackets (when installed on an arm and using the memory lock) shares a neat curved style with the lugs, floor tom leg brackets, and bass drum claws.  100% North American Maple shells, isolation mounts, diecast "Bauhaus" lugs, Remo heads, Nickelworks snare throw, Infinite Adjustable tilters on the cymbal stands, ball-adjustable snare stand, suspension floor tom leg feeties are some of the good stuff & thought & design that went into these great-sounding drums.  

I gotta say: I've been selling drums since 1995 and this is THE BEST sounding 8" tom--with factory heads--out of the box I've ever heard!  Think Matt Chamberlain's toms w/Edie Brickell, Weckl's open toms w/Chick, or Gavin Harrison's toms w/05Ric.  Of course, the rockin' bass and snares hit the spot too! 

This kit is new, but has been displayed on the sales floor.  It has stick marks on the heads (with plenty of life left), but is being offered at a price low enough to give you room to rehead if you prefer something else.  There are some small dinks in the mounted toms' finishes where they rubbed the back of the snare rim--very minor. You can also find a few minor scratches on a few of the lugs where the hardware inadvertently rubbed against them when they were stacked on display. This package carries a suggested retail price of $4673.65, but you can have them shipped to your door (in the continental US) at less than half of that price!

1. Severe damage, something about it is still salvageable.

4. Demo unit with or without original packaging, fingers prints, minor scratches. It would look like this after a week or two or normal use.
5. Opened, but like NEW, no scratches, “displayed” but not “Demo-ed”
6. NEW - Brand spankin’ new! All original and as beautiful as it was the day it was created!
