The Restoration Includes:

Full Crossover Recap: Precision spec-matched premium film capacitors. These replace the aging factory electrolytics, restoring high-frequency clarity, optimizing the horn-to-woofer crossover transition, and ensuring the crossover networks remain strictly within spec for decades to come.

Driver Performance Verification: The original high-efficiency Tractrix horn tweeters and 8-inch polymer cone woofers—along with the rear-mounted 10-inch passive radiators—underwent comprehensive sweep frequency testing to confirm perfect mechanical and electrical performance.

Cabinet Veneer Correction: The genuine wood veneer cabinets were detailed to eliminate surface film and handling residues. The wood was then treated with a multi-step Howard’s Restor-A-Finish and Feed-N-Wax conditioning process to deeply hydrate the grain and restore a beautiful satin luster.

Grille Restoration: The original fabric grilles were deep cleaned to remove dust and environmental contaminants while fully preserving the integrity of the original cloth and factory Klipsch badges.

80-Hour Lab Soak Test: Every speaker undergoes a strict "burn-in" to ensure new film capacitors are fully settled and the system is mechanically and electronically stable before being offered for sale.
