PRS brought the CE platform into the SE line by combining the familiar Custom 24 recipe with the faster attack and snap of a bolt-on maple neck. This SE CE 24 is finished in Charcoal Burst, with a flame maple veneer over a maple top and mahogany back.

The bolt-on maple neck uses PRS’s Wide Thin profile, paired with a 25" scale, 24-fret rosewood fingerboard, 10" radius, and the traditional PRS bird inlays. It has the comfortable, relatively slim feel associated with the Custom/CE side of the PRS lineup, while the bolt-on construction gives it a little more immediacy and articulation than a comparable set-neck SE Custom 24. Electronics are a pair of PRS 85/15 “S” humbuckers with master volume, push/pull tone control for coil tapping, and a 3-way toggle. That gives you the full humbucker sounds along with brighter split-coil options without adding a lot of control clutter. Hardware includes the PRS patented tremolo and PRS-designed tuners.
