Preserial Formula 602 Medium Ride carrying the stamp used from 1965 to 1971
At 2455g this is slightly heavier than a current 20" 602 Medium Ride (2360–2370g), but below Heavy territory (2500–2600g). It's a true Medium, just on the fuller end of that range — more body and sustain than a current Medium without the weight penalty of a Heavy. If you check cymbal wiki you'll see that the weight of these Medium Rides has varied over the years.
Condition is very good. Some staining and patina consistent with a ~60-year-old cymbal — nothing structural, nothing that affects playability. See photos for the full picture and check out the video where I play it side-by-side with a current (well 2013) 20" Formula 602 Medium Ride.
