The 1031A features a vented enclosure with an integrated amplifier module containing an active crossover, dedicated power amplifiers for each driver, and overload protection. This design provides high output, broad bandwidth, low coloration, and precise imaging.

Genelec's Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW) technology provides controlled dispersion and consistent frequency balance, while the rear-panel crossover controls allow the monitor to be adjusted to better suit its acoustic environment. The 1031A is capable of producing peak acoustic levels of over 120 dB SPL at 1 meter.

The monitor is in perfect functioning condition and is fully operational.

It exhibits some cosmetic wear consistent with previous use, including a few nicks and dings around the corners, but nothing too severe. Please see photos for the exact cosmetic condition.
