Pigtronix Phase Ranger is one of the very few VCA phaser pedals:
"VCA (Voltage-Controlled Amplifier) phaser pedals utilize voltage-controlled amplifiers to modulate all-pass filters, offering a cleaner signal-to-noise ratio and smoother response compared to traditional JFET or optical designs.
VCA phasers are generally prized for their modern precision, low noise floor, and wide modulation range, capable of handling everything from subtle swirls to chaotic, ring-mod-like textures."
