This is a set of marching quads in good condition ie: normal wear. The drums have been repainted. The carrier is in good shape, however there is no shoulder vest/harness. It was not there when I acquired the drums. My intention was to use them as concert toms on my kit, so the vest/harness was not an issue. The sizes are 8,10,12,13. The heads are in nice condition and they sound amazing.
