Yamaha BB5000A 5-string bass in a beautiful dark metallic blue finish with gold hardware
The bass shows normal signs of age and use, including light scratches, surface marks, small dings/indentations, and some wear/aging to the gold hardware. There is also a noticeable finish chip that goes through to the wood, which is shown clearly in the photos. Please review all pictures closely for cosmetic condition.
I tested the bass through an amplifier and confirmed that it produces sound and the electronics are working. I am not a bass player or technician, so this was a basic functionality test only.
The case is included, but I do not know whether it is the original Yamaha case that came with the bass.
I inherited my dad’s music equipment after he passed away, and I am working through selling some of his instruments. I am not the original owner and don’t know the complete history of this bass, so I’ve tried to photograph and describe it as accurately as possible.
