The e 604 is Sennheiser's compact drum mic and one of the most-used tom mics in live sound: it clips straight onto the drum rim with the included mount, takes 160 dB without blinking, and its glass-fibre-reinforced body survives the stick hits that kill fancier microphones. Voiced for the punch and attack of toms and snare, it works on brass and percussion too. Buy three and a kit is miked.
- Compact dynamic
- Rim clip included
- 160 dB SPL
- Tom mic standard
