Up for sale is a beautiful, sequentially matched pair of vintage Klipsch Heresy I loudspeakers in the highly coveted factory Raw Birch (HBR) finish. Handcrafted in Hope, Arkansas, USA, during the peak of American audio manufacturing (late 1970s to early 1980s), these legendary three-way horn-loaded speakers deliver incredibly clear, efficient, and powerful sound. They are fully tested, sounding absolutely phenomenal, and ready to serve as the centerpiece of a high-fidelity vinyl or tube-amplifier setup.

Historic Note: Originally designed by Paul W. Klipsch in 1957, the Heresy was engineered as a center-channel speaker to sit between two larger Klipschorn speakers, making it the world's first commercial three-way acoustic-suspension center-channel speaker.

Functional Condition: 10/10. Thoroughly audio-tested and performing exactly to factory specification. All drivers are fully functional, sweeps are clean, and the tonal balance is identical across both channels. These speakers are exceptionally efficient and pair beautifully with low-wattage tube gear or warm vintage solid-state receivers.

Cosmetic Condition: Excellent overall vintage condition. The raw birch enclosures display gorgeous, tight natural wood grain lines. Because they are the raw finish, there is minor age-appropriate patina and light surface character from careful previous ownership, but they are structurally 100% rock-solid with zero cabinet seam separation, swelling, or corner crushing. Grille cloth is tight and intact.
