2022 Iris MS-00 Custom deep body guitar. This is the very first MS-00 model built by Iris Guitars - Circle Strings in Burlington, Vermont for the Iris display at the 2022 Fretboard Summit. This one of a kind first edition show guitar has upgraded woods and 1930's vintage 00-shaped deep body. Originally sold by Folkway Music - Gibson expert Mark Stutman (MS) who worked with Iris on this design.

Iris guitars are super light-weight and built for everyday players and this Iris OO has incredible ringing notes and a deep voice to match its deep body. A highly versatile sound in a small size.

Custom features include a highly figured curly mahogany back and sides, Adirondack (Red) spruce top with Cremona-inspired sunburst, cool beveled-edge ivoroid pickguard, Brazilian rosewood bridge and fingerboard.

Short scale 24.75” and 1-3/4 nut. Body tapers from 4 7/8" at the endpin to 3 11/16”. Tapered X - scalloped tonebar bracing pattern, rounded neck, 2-5/16" string spread at the bridge. Original TKL hardcase.

This MS-00 is a players guitar in very good condition with 3 tiny pick marks on the top. I am the second owner and first owner removed the super thin finish on the back of the neck, and its been lightly tinted and sealed and is super smooth. I've answered messages about the neck and can send the details to anyone interested. Sylvan Music has this model listed on its site without the upgrades.
