Alembic Essence 1991 - Transparent red

This is an Alembic Essence bass, a well-aged example from 1991. I bought this about 6 months ago and it just isn't seeing the playing time I was anticipating. I'd love to justify keeping it around but I've been actively trying to keep my collection at a responsible level.
It's in fabulous condition considering it is 35 years old. Some minor dings here and there that pictures are not picking up. Some minor marks/checking on the hardware, most of which would clean up nicely if one wanted to hit it with brass polish. I kinda enjoy the aged look.
Standard Essence electronics and options. Nothing more, nothing less. Selling with a Protect semi-hard case. It came to me with no case.
