ABOUT THE BUILDER
Billy 'Graham" Nichols was a master craftsman who honed his skills in the northern woods of Maine. He learned to play guitar at a very young age  which lead him eventually to Nashville Tennessee.

After spending many years repairing, refinishing and customizing guitars for other people, he decided it was about time he created a guitar of his own. Drawing on his years playing in "Country and Western" bands combined with his knowledge of woods and finishes, the "Graham" guitar was born. He incorporated his love of the north woods of Maine with his love of the old west and the cowboy culture that dominated much of the film and music of the 40s and 50s. Which brought Hollywood and The Old West together and unleashed cowboy kitsch culture on the whole world.

The romance of the west in film and song is embodied in Grahams work. Singing cowboys on the big screen and country pickers on the radio, is as American as you can get. These guitars evoke an era but really  deliver the goods in tone, craftsmanship and in their uniquely stunning visual impact. Each guitar is incomparable but they all carry a spirit of rugged individuality that sets them apart from anything else out there.
