ESP 400 series ST- Kirk Hammett Metallica 'One' tribute KH

This is a interesting ESP 400-series Strat from the early 90s, which I'm pretty certain did not start out life this way but was modified and customised at some point to be a replica of Kirk Hammett's as played on the "One" music video.
The original was a one-of-a-kind custom built for Kirk, and appears to have had a purposely unfinished look. This replica has a very thin layer of lacquer and a light modern relic look, with several light nicks and scuffs. No cracks, gouges or damage. Fretboard is exceptionally clean. Only very light fretwear. This guitar has been lightly used and well-maintained for its age.

This guitar features:

correct top-mounted (not recessed) Floyd Rose Original

Black hardware, vintage-style Gotoh tuners with C.A.R.D. (improved sustain and harmonics)

Black Gotoh PSP Springs

custom wiring harness

unknown pickups, likely stock, with no markings.

When I obtained the guitar it was missing the backplate covering the springs. As replacements are hard to find I had one fabricated matching the existing holes, just a normal 3-ply white plastic. I also replaced some old screws to all matching black screws to further consolidate the KH "One" Strat's look.

All in all a thoughtful and convincing replica of the "One" Strat and at the end of the day it is a legitimate ESP 400 series Strat, a model which is highly-regarded in its own right. ESP 400 Strats are renowned for their playability and this is no exception. I would add that the guitar sounds especially resonant for a Strat; the top-mounted Floyd Rose appears to have added mass and therefore sustain as opposed to the typical routed style. Do check out my reviews-- I don't sell junk. This is a well souped-up and unique ESP guitar, that will not disappoint in looks, feel and sound.

Includes OHSC and vintage ESP strap with attached straplock ends. Case itself is in good clean condition as well.

Please review the pics, or ask any questions if in doubt of something I may have have left out. Also please remember though it is in very good condition, with no issues whatsoever, that this is a customised/ used guitar. As such, those people of a nervous disposition or expecting everything perfect are advised not to trouble themselves or me.
